About Phil
I've spent most of my life chasing windmills.
Not because it's practical. Usually it isn't. But because every once in a while, an idea grabs hold of me so completely that I can't help but follow it. The creative process feeds something deep in my soul — the dreaming, the building, the impossible conversations that slowly turn into something real. That feeling never gets old.
I'm at my happiest surrounded by talented, passionate people who care deeply about what they're creating. There's nothing more exhilarating than watching an idea evolve in real time alongside people who bring their own magic, instincts, humor, and stubbornness to the table. The best projects become living things. Bigger than any one person.
Over the years, some of my windmills have worked out beautifully. Some have crashed spectacularly. Most have done a little of both. But I've learned that the chase itself matters. The attempt matters. Caring enough to try matters.
And now, alongside my nephew Tom, we're chasing another one: Predict Six. A strange little idea built around curiosity, intuition, connection, and the simple joy of wondering what happens next.
And who knows… we might just catch this windmill.
